Auckland based creative collective Sideroom.com, founders of Sideroom.com Gallery and Creative Space, Sideroom.com Magazine, the Alt TV live to air series Sideroom TV and the team behind 2008′s 42 BELOW^TM Month of Street Art, are taking a radical step towards the future of art and culture by going completely online.

Sideroom.com Online Art and Culture Magazine will go live on May 25, 2009. The artists and exhibitions of Sideroom.com Gallery and Creative Space will combine forces with the quality content of Sideroom.com Magazine and Sideroom TV to produce the completely integrated online art and culture community www.sideroom.com.

THE LAUNCH PARTY

You know the deal – this will be unlike any other party in Auckland. Consistently Auckland’s most exciting creative event of the month with more hedonistic party stimuli than you can shake a stick at, you’ll see things here that you won’t see anywhere else. Don’t think twice about the 7 foot Swamp Monster holding up the bar line or the half naked woman exercising on the stage. We put in the effort so you can concentrate on partying.

F in Math is Michael Logie (Cosmic Rays of Death & ex Mint Chicks bass player) playing some songs using bass, vocoder, fuckloads of FX, a crappy sampler and some backing tracks. He’s also a science teacher at Baradene Girls School.
